Terms of use

1. By accessing and using the somni.ro website, the user accepts these terms of use.
2. Somni Apartments reserves the right to modify the information, structure, content or functionality of the website without prior individual notification.
3. The site may contain links to external platforms or services, such as Google Maps, Waze, WhatsApp or public platforms. The content and operation of those sites are the responsibility of their operators.
4. The texts, images, logos, graphic elements, code and other materials published on the site are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property legislation. Their commercial use, copying or republication without written consent is not permitted.
5. The user receives a limited right of access to the site, for personal purposes, in order to inform themselves, get in touch, and make a booking.
6. The site presents information about Somni Apartments accommodation, the apartments, amenities, indicative prices shown on the site, stay rules, contact details and services available on request.
7. Submitting the booking form on the site generates a confirmed booking in the booking-management system, based on availability verified in real time. Messages sent through other channels (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail) are requests and are confirmed separately by Somni Apartments.
8. Bookings submitted through the site do not involve online payment. Payment for the accommodation is made on arrival, in cash or by card, as agreed with Somni Apartments. Details about check-in, late arrival or other practical conditions are agreed directly with Somni Apartments.
9. Somni Apartments makes efforts to keep the information on the site correct and up to date. If display errors occur — including in prices, availability or informational texts — they may be corrected, and the user will be informed before a booking is confirmed.
10. Users may send questions, suggestions or requests through the contact details shown on the site, provided that the messages are not illegal, abusive, defamatory, threatening, in violation of the rights of others, and do not contain viruses, spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
11. Somni Apartments accepts no responsibility for the content of messages sent by users through the site or through the contact channels shown.
12. Any complaint related to Somni Apartments services may be submitted in writing to the email address shown on the site. We will seek an amicable resolution and reply within a reasonable timeframe, as a rule within 30 days.
13. In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If that is not possible, the dispute will be settled in accordance with Romanian law, by the competent courts.
